NADYA LATEEF

Everything you are capable of is already inside you. ImmaQi is here to help you harness what already lies within.

Nadya, a mixed-race Berkeley native and empath, began her journey in movement at just four years old with ballet. Her passion for self-expression led her to explore diverse styles, including yoga, Krav Maga, Tai Chi, and Pilates, culminating in her dance studies at Cal State University Long Beach.

After completing her Comprehensive Teacher Training Certification at Balanced Body at EHS in San Francisco, Nadya was inspired to create a Pilates business. She wanted to unite the community she deeply cherishes with her passion for helping others discover joy and strength through movement. ImmaQi Pilates was born—a space devoted to fostering connection, empowerment, and vitality through personalized practices.

Nadya’s teaching comes from a place of compassion and intuition, blending mind and body to help her clients feel at ease, build confidence, and find empowerment. She thoughtfully balances encouragement and challenge, creating sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of clients of all ages and abilities. Her passion for growth shines through in her ongoing studies of movement, anatomy, somatic education, and wellness, with a heartfelt focus on supporting the pre and postnatal community. At ImmaQi Pilates, every experience is designed to leave you feeling revitalized, renewed, and deeply cared for.

When she's not teaching, Nadya loves outdoor adventures with her family and friends, planning trips abroad, and savoring an extra-hot cup of coffee.
